What is Your Dream?

Who do you long to be? Who would you be if you were not afraid? It is fruitful to take time to relax and get in touch with your deepest dreams. And, rather than focus upon your career goals, it is powerful to consider what kind of person you want to become.

What higher characteristics would you love to embody? Pick three higher qualities that you want to develop inside yourself and write them in your journal. Practice each higher quality by noting how it feels emotionally in your body.

Dreaming the New You Into Reality

Write and/or draw pictures about the highest qualities that you dream for yourself - bringing them to life in your mind and body. Practice breathing into this higher sense of yourself for several minutes each night as you are going to sleep and again when you first wake up.

Upon waking and just before sleep, your brainwaves are much slower which is a highly creative state of mind. Energizing your dream when your brainwaves are slow and relaxed is the most effective time to do dream creation work.

Noticing Blocks

As you dream your new dream, the subconscious beliefs that hold you back will inevitably pop up. As you imagine your transformed self, notice what blocks you from fully entering into your new dream. Write your blocks down or create a piece of art that represents them.

Letting go of the blocks that you have carried throughout your life can be challenging. But, letting go of blocks is possible if you deeply dedicate yourself to actualizing your new dream every day.

Keep reaching deeper through the layers of fear, doubt and traumas from your past. Clear away old patterns, reimagine yourself anew, and be devoted to dreaming your new dream!
